What You'll Do:
- Assist in laboratory activities for new product development and product improvement.
- Conduct formulation trials and compounding using plant-based materials.
- Support testing and analysis of raw materials and prototypes for quality and functionality.
- Accurately record experiment data, batch results, and technical documentation.
- Prepare reagents, samples, and materials for laboratory testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory in line with GLP standards.
- Perform other related tasks to support R&D operations and product development.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology.
- Basic understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, or plant-based ingredients.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data recording and documentation.
- Organized and able to manage multiple laboratory tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards is an advantage.
