We are seeking a detail-oriented
Kitchen Equipment Data Entry & Quoting Specialist with experience in
commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering equipment details and pricing into our database and preparing quotes for clients.
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter kitchen equipment data, specifications, and pricing into our system.
- Prepare accurate quotes based on client requirements.
- Review equipment details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with the team and vendors via WhatsApp and email.
- Use AutoQuotes to look up, verify, and update equipment information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all entries.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely quotation delivery
Requirements
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment is required.
- Proficiency with AutoQuotes (AQ) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical product information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple entries/quotes simultaneously.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and database systems
