Your Role And Responsibilities
This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge.
Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements.
Focuses on presales support such as, but not limited to, proposal support and inventory review.
This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships.
Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to support for delivery of products to clients world-wide.
Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related process.
Execution of defined processes must be in line with business controls and meet business objectives.

- Order to Cash Integration: Exposure to integrating order to cash processes, ensuring seamless transactions across the extended enterprise.
- Contract Management: Experience working with contracts, including audit and registration, to support supply and demand management transactions.
- Customer Master Record Accuracy: Exposure to maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer master records, supporting end-to-end transactions.
