QuickBooks Consultant with CRM Knowledge

We're looking for a hands-on QuickBooks expert with integration experience to manage system setup, chart of accounts design, reporting, and bi-directional integration with Salesforce. This role bridges accounting systems and business operations.

Responsibilities:

QuickBooks Setup & Administration

Configure and maintain QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

Design and structure chart of accounts aligned with operations

Manage data integrity, user access, and system performance

Build financial reports and management dashboards

QuickBooksSalesforce Integration

Configure and maintain bi-directional data sync between QuickBooks and Salesforce

Create and synchronize records across both systems

Perform object and field mapping to ensure accurate data alignment

Troubleshoot sync issues and maintain data consistency

Salesforce Admin Support

Create/manage custom fields and support basic object configuration

Validate data structure and integration readiness

Collaborate with operations teams to translate business needs into system configurations

Requirements:

Strong hands-on QuickBooks administration expertise (required)

Experience integrating CRM and accounting systems Working knowledge of Salesforce Administration (object structure, custom fields, basic configuration)

Experience with data mapping, migration, and bi-directional system integrations

Ability to troubleshoot sync issues and maintain data integrity across platforms

Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial reporting

Nice to Have:

Direct experience with QuickBooksSalesforce integrations

• Multi-entity, payroll, or inventory module experience
