Salary: PHP 50,000/month + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

SmartScale360 is looking for a Billing and Recruitment Support Specialist to support our U.S.-based operations. You'll handle billing tasks and assist with recruitment processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless candidate and client experience.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in billing, administrative support, or recruitment who are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Billing Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain care plans for long-term care insurance clients
  • Submit long-term care insurance documentation accurately and on time
  • Process billing through the Veterans Affairs (VA) portal for veteran clients
  • Handle inbound billing-related inquiries from clients professionally
  • Prepare and submit weekly billing summaries and reports to leadership

Recruiting Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates
  • Verify employment history by contacting previous employers
  • Ensure accuracy and legitimacy of candidate work history
  • Follow up with candidates from social media leads and complete missing details
  • Collect key information such as availability, work type (live-in/hourly), and schedule preferences
  • Maintain and update caregiver records within the ERP system

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative, billing, or recruitment support roles
  • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with scheduling or workforce management tools
  • Reliable remote work setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a home care agency
  • Familiarity with Generations or similar ERP systems
  • Experience working with the VA, Optum Financial, or similar organizations

Work-From-Home Requirements:

  • Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
  • 100 Mbps internet
  • Backup device, internet, and power supply
