The Quick Response Team Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and oversight of minor repair activities across assigned projects: AREA 11: Cheerful 1 & 2 (Mabalacat, Pampanga), Cheer Residences (Marilao, Bulacan)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monitor the repair schedule of units with minor concerns under the PMD Quick Response Team coverage.
- Coordinate with different Departments such as PMD Post Turnover Support, PMD Unit Management, Engineering, Finishing, Post Turnover, Buyer Turnover and maintenance personnel for timely mobilization and execution of repair works.
- Track repair progress to ensure completion within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Management and other relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines during all repair activities.
- Review and validate supplier billings and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
- Coordinate with concerned teams for the timely processing and tracking of payment milestones related to supplier and manpower services.
- Monitoring of materials for QRT works.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field. Licensed is an advantage.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in Construction, Property Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
- Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
- Amenable to work around assigned projects: AREA 11: Cheerful 1 & 2 (Mabalacat, Pampanga), Cheer Residences (Marilao, Bulacan)
