Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for QRT operations.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and resources across projects.
  • Review operational performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Act as primary point of coordination with senior management and other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field.
  • With more than six (6) years of experience in managing a team in Construction, Property Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
  • Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City.
