DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for QRT operations.
- Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and resources across projects.
- Review operational performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Act as primary point of coordination with senior management and other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field.
- With more than six (6) years of experience in managing a team in Construction, Property Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
- Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
- Amenable to work in Pasay City.
