Quantity Surveyor Team Leader

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor Team Leader who is passionate about delivering successful construction projects, driving cost efficiency, and leading a high-performing team.

In this role, you'll oversee project cost planning, procurement, contract administration, budget monitoring, and financial reporting while providing leadership and mentorship to our Quantity Surveyors. You'll work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Professional (Higher National Certificate in Quantity Surveying is an advantage)
• 6–10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong background in cost management, project documentation, and contract administration
• Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Certified in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH)
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites
