About the Role
Provides on-site quantity surveying services, contract administration and cost control to ensure project cost are managed efficiently within budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors and Inspects compliance of contractors to MEPF work standards and guidelines
- Manages allocation of project resources comprising of people, materials and time within assigned project
- Manages the communication and coordination of technical issues and resolves them in consultation with Project Manager, Site Managers, Contractors and affected trades
- Consolidates and reviews all project reports, shop drawings, tracking logs and identifies potential issues and recommends alternative solutions to ensure compliance with agreed budgets and timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years relevant experience in construction and 2 years in MEPF
- Good comprehension & communication skills in construction related works
