ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a luxury villa builder in the Caribbean.

This is a measurement-focused role. Most of your week will involve preparing Bills of Quantities and material takeoffs in Excel from 2D drawings, including waste allowances and order quantities that the site team will actually use for purchasing.

You'll also build LOD 300 Revit models covering architecture, structure, and site elements from the same 2D drawing sets, primarily for internal coordination and quantity extraction.

Over time, you'll also help maintain a rate library using supplier invoices and completed-job costs.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role open to candidates in India and the Philippines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare measured Bills of Quantities from 2D drawings

• Produce material takeoffs with waste allowances and order quantities

• Structure and check BoQs carefully before issue

• Build LOD 300 Revit models from 2D architectural, structural, and site drawings

• Extract quantities from Revit schedules and reconcile them against manual measurements

• Work confidently across both metric and imperial / U.S. customary units

• Maintain rate libraries using supplier invoices and completed-project costs

• Support pricing, budget estimates, and pre-tender work when needed

• Carry out drawing checks and coordination reviews

• Communicate clearly with the project team, primarily by email

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on Quantity Surveying experience

• Experience producing measured Bills of Quantities yourself

• Experience working to a recognized measurement standard such as SMM7, POMI, CESMM, IS 1200, NRM2, or similar

• Revit models you personally built from 2D drawings

• Strong quantity takeoff and measurement skills

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and site drawings

• Comfortable working in both metric and imperial units

• Clear written English — most communication is by email

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

IMPORTANT

The client works to NRM2, but prior NRM2 experience is not required.

If you have solid Quantity Surveying experience using another recognized measurement standard, you can be trained on the client's NRM2 format. The important thing is that you already understand how to measure properly, structure a BoQ, and work from drawings accurately.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with villas or high-end residential projects

• Experience in the UK, Ireland, Gulf, Caribbean, or other international markets

• Experience maintaining rate libraries

• Experience with interim valuations, variations, or final accounts

• Revit family creation, worksharing, or template management
