Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out projects.
Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and variances
Collaborating with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial aspects of the project.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in fit-out projects
Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, procurement, and contract management
Proficient in the use of industry-standard cost management software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple tasks
