Job Description

  • Conduct cost analysis for construction projects
  • Prepare detailed estimates and budgets
  • Manage contracts and procurement processes
  • Monitor project expenditures and financial performance
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Provide advice on legal and contractual matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Graduate of Industrial, Architecture or Civil Related Course
  • At least 1 year experience in Construction as Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience with fabrication drawings, material specifications, and project cost control methods.
  • Verbal and written communication, including active listening for determining client needs, communicating them to the construction crew and preparing reports
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay
