What you will do:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings, materials, and labor requirements. Develop realistic project budgets.
• Cost Planning: Develop cost plans, conduct risk and feasibility assessments. and ensure project spending stays within the approved budgets.
• Tendering & Contract Management: Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities. Evaluate bids and recommend contractors based on cost and compliance.
• Supplier Management: Source and accredit reliable contractors and suppliers. Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Project Monitoring: Track on‑site progress, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance construction efficiency and operations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Preferably a Certified Quantity Surveyor.
• At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, either in consultancy or construction.
• Strong skills in vendor and contract management, cost analysis, negotiation, and project management.
• Willing to travel nationwide to conduct store walk-throughs.
