Job Description
- Evaluate tender and quotation documents.
- Carry out quantity take-offs for project tendering.
- Source, review, and compare costs from trade suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare preliminary design proposals for design-and-build projects.
- Conduct cost comparisons and submit reports to management for approval.
- Produce and review AutoCAD drawings.
- Interpret and work with M&E drawings and specifications.
- Support mechanical engineering design and assist in ACMV system design.
- Perform basic calculations, including duct sizing, heat load calculation, and cost estimation.
- Provide technical assistance to engineers and advise on project administration and contractual issues.
- Handle other QS-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills; able to liaise effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in M&E / ACMV design is an advantage.
- Must reside within 30 minutes traveling distance from the office.
- Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Permanent
- Salary: From 20,000 per month, plus performance bonus
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday — 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday — 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Office Location: 718 Santo Rosario St, Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines
