Job Description

Provide support to the Singapore QS Team overseeing projects from inception to completion and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Prepare cost reports, cost plans, and pre-tender cost estimates during the design and tender stage.
Review and prepare to cost for request of variation order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account.
Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as and when required.
Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience in the Construction industry
Essentially possess working experience in a cost consultancy/contracts management environment
Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement, CEMS, SMM, or equivalent
Proficient in QS application and software
Able to work independently and be a good team player as well
Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients
