About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of construction and building projects in Australia. This role is suited to a highly capable professional with exceptional expertise in the quantification of construction works, preparation of bills of quantities, and interpretation of drawings, specifications, and construction contracts. The successful candidate will be confident working independently while contributing accurate, commercially sound cost planning and measurement outcomes across multiple project stages
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantification of construction works across a range of building and construction projects.
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate bills of quantities to support estimating, procurement, tendering, and cost control activities.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings, project specifications, and construction documentation to produce reliable measurement outputs.
- Review and interpret construction contracts to identify commercial requirements, cost implications, and scope considerations.
- Support cost planning, tender analysis, variations assessment, progress claims, and contract administration processes as required.
- Identify discrepancies, omissions, and risks within project documentation and raise practical recommendations for resolution.
- Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to clarify scope and pricing matters.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, record keeping, and reporting throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Manage assigned tasks autonomously and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
- Exceptional experience in the quantification of construction works and preparation of bills of quantities and quantity surveying reports.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret project specifications, construction contracts, and design drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Strong experience within the Australian construction and building industry.
- Sound understanding of measurement principles, procurement processes, and commercial project controls.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable work.
- Ability to self-check work.

Desirable Qualifications
- Chartership or professional accreditation with RICS or AIQS.
- Experience across a variety of building sectors and procurement models.
- Familiarity with Australian standard forms of contract and local market pricing conditions.
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
- Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM; Manila Time
Work Setup (WFH)
- Permanent Homebased
- Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
- Equipment will be provided by the company
