Quantity Surveyor

Digital Bakery is looking for talented and driven professionals with a strong passion for building surveying and expertise in estimating medium to large construction projects. We're seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze information from PDF documents using Bluebeam software to generate precise estimates for proposed projects.
• Calculate the overall costs linked to constructing a new project or developing a new product with accuracy.
• Record and analyze data reports, utilizing mathematical formulas to calculate material quantities needed.
• Report daily work activities to the Team Lead/Coordinator as needed.

Requirements:

• Ideally holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• Preferably a minimum of 6 months of substantial experience in surveying.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam or related software.
• Capable to read and analyze building plans and details.
• Accustomed to and/or experience in drafting international plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent self-management and organizational expertise.
