Job description:
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Must be a licensed Architect.
- 3 - 5years of combined experience in construction management and Pure QS works experience.
- Experience in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Works is preferred
- Knowledgeable in contract administration
- Experience in field work for commercial, residential, and other complex projects
- Proficient in MS Office and any QS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities shall be:
- Must be knowledgeable in DUPA (Detailed Unit Price Analysis) or Unit Price Analysis
- Prepare and manage cost estimates (Cost plan to Project Construction Budget)
- Collaborate with CPMT for the preparation of the bid documents and conducting bidding
- Manage tendering process, including evaluation of bids
- Prepare procurement update and cost reports for the pre-contract phase
