Quantity Surveyor

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN TAYTAY, RIZAL

I. Overview of the Position

Responsible for creating a take-off, cost estimation, BOQ generation using AutoCAD, Planswift or any related tools for Quantity Surveying.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of bid forms, cost breakdown, and supporting documents
• Review plans coming from client or commercial department
• Assess all received documents and plans to ensure completeness
• Conduct site inspection if necessary
• Attend pre-bid meetings and clarification meetings
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates
• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Provide support and documentation to team members
• Preparation of material breakdown for awarded projects

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

• BS Civil Engineering
• Preferably with experience

Knowledgeable in software such as:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Planswift
• Microsoft applications
