The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or another relevant scientific discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in Medical Device Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Distribution Quality, Commercial Quality, Supplier Quality, Regulatory Quality, or a related quality function within a regulated industry
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Hands-on experience with CAPA, non-conformance management, change control, internal or external audits, supplier qualification, supplier audits, complaint handling, product release, or quality documentation
- Strong documentation, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, controlled records, and quality documentation
- Review quality documentation to verify compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Manage CAPA, non-conformance investigations, complaint handling, and change control processes
- Support supplier qualification activities and participate in internal, external, and supplier audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, compliance, and operational excellence
- Support quality review and release processes to ensure products or materials meet established quality requirements
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities to strengthen quality and regulatory compliance across operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality systems, regulatory compliance, and operational performance
