Quality Systems Engineer

Job Purpose

Navitas is seeking a hands-on Quality Systems Engineer to administer the quality document control system and drive excellence in cutting-edge power IC technology.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality document control system as the primary administrator, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of procedures and documentation across departments.
• Perform quality reviews during product development, including FMEA assessments.
• Plan and conduct internal audits on a regular basis.
• Maintain quality records, including management reviews, internal audit reports, and ISO certification audit documentation.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Systems Administrator in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards; knowledge of AEC-Q100, RoHS, and REACH is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ISO document management systems, including system establishment and maintenance.
• Experience conducting internal audits; Lead Auditor certification or experience is preferred.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA reviews for automotive products.
• Experience establishing and managing quality systems and processes, including AIAG-VDA FMEA implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards or other web-based tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English.
