Responsibilities

QUALITY Functions

  • Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformities or defects

  • Implementing quality control measures and processes to prevent quality issues from occurring

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems

  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track quality performance metrics

  • Providing training and guidance to production and operations staff on quality procedures and best practices

  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and quality management principles

  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve quality systems and processes

OMS Functions

  • Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS

  • Support the site management team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization

  • Support continuous improvement

  • Coach of a team, ensuring everyone plays by the rules to achieve s uccess.

Requirements

  • College diploma or degree in engineering, business administration or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and quality control techniques

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools

  • Experience in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies
