We are looking for an experienced
Quality Manager to oversee and drive quality standards for an e-Commerce social media account within a BPO environment. The role involves managing quality frameworks, coaching teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent service excellence aligned with client expectations.
Work Details
- Up to PHP 100,000 package (PHP 93,100 basic + PHP 6,900 allowance)
- 100% Onsite Mandaluyong or Robinsons Omega
- UK/US shift (midnight to night shift)
Qualifications
- College undergraduate (minimum 2 years completed); associate or diploma courses accepted
- 35 years of Quality Manager experience in a BPO industry is required
