Role Overview

Our organization, a premier leader in the retail and property development industry, is seeking a high-caliber Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate QMS to ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal policies, and superior customer satisfaction goals. You will drive operational excellence across a massive portfolio of properties by embedding quality standards, auditing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

QMS Development & Compliance

  • Framework Design: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 or other relevant international standards.
  • Policy Governance: Ensure total compliance with corporate quality policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Document Control: Oversee the lifecycle of SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals to ensure operational consistency.

Auditing & Monitoring

  • Internal Audits: Plan and conduct comprehensive internal audits across various business units and corporate functions.
  • Certification Management: Coordinate external audits and certifications, ensuring the timely resolution of any non-conformities.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics and prepare management review reports for executive leadership.

Continuous Improvement

  • Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk reduction.
  • Corrective Action: Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and oversee the execution of corrective action initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement large-scale operational excellence projects.

Training & Culture Building

  • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct QMS awareness and training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Change Management: Promote a strong quality culture and champion best practices in service delivery and operations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaison: Coordinate with operations teams, vendors, and external auditors to ensure nationwide quality compliance.
  • Strategic Advisory: Support senior management with data-driven quality insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree or certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma is a significant advantage).
  • Experience: At least 57 years of specialized experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within retail, property management, or large-scale multi-site operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing ISO certifications and internal audit programs. Deep knowledge of quality standards, risk management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for reporting to executive levels.
