The Quality Management Supervisor will lead in executing and maintaining quality control processes. Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Management OIC / Manager to implement improvement initiatives, develop training programs for team members, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to quality issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to the overall success of the organization's quality management system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ certifications) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Experience implementing quality control and driving process improvement is essential.
- Telecommunications/ICT industry experience is a plus, as is experience in Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity, Sustainability, Program Management, and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301).
- Solid understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Very strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Well verse in understanding and application of different management standards.
