This role is based in Manila, Philippines and will support Black & White Engineering's wider APAC operations, working closely with regional leadership and global stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions.

About the Role
- Location: Manila, Philippines (supporting APAC operations)
- Maintain, review and continuously improve the existing QHSE management system, including policies, procedures and supporting documentation
- Consolidate and align multiple existing QHSE documents, systems and plans into a single, consistent and effective framework
- Review and update QHSE processes to align with operational changes and the Black & White Global One way of working
- Support the integration of additional management system standards, including ISO 27001 and ISO 50001
- Investigate and propose enhanced digital and IT integration solutions to improve audit and compliance processes
- Organise, coordinate and support both internal and external audits
- Carry out internal audits across regional operations
- Collate and manage audit evidence for ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Support ongoing certification activities and compliance requirements across the business
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to document and implement QHSE requirements
- Coordinate QHSE-related training activities linked to system updates and procedural changes
- Support the rollout of updated QHSE systems through internal training and awareness initiatives
- Act as a key regional point of contact for QHSE-related matters and provide support across wider business operations
- Collaborate with other regional QHSE managers to ensure consistency and alignment of processes globally
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and proactive risk management
- Support wider business initiatives relating to compliance, governance and operational effectiveness
- Carry out other reasonable duties related to QHSE management as required
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, Project Management, Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Relevant professional certifications in QHSE, auditing or ISO management systems are advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar QHSE / HSE / SHEQ role within an engineering, consultancy or technical environment
- Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, standards and management systems
- Experience working with ISO-certified management systems and audit processes
- Experience supporting or managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications
- Exposure to ISO 27001 and ISO 50001 frameworks would be advantageous
- Appreciation and understanding of MEP engineering practices and consultancy operations is desirableStrong organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
- Able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams
- Ability to make sound business decisions and recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to mentor and guide teams on QHSE best practices
