Job Description
Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve strategizing and implementing end-to-end testing methodologies, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the application lifecycle. You will engage with various stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and enhance delivery processes, while also focusing on the development of key metrics to assess and manage testing effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team performance. - Mentor and support team members in their professional development and technical skills. - Analyze testing outcomes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Proficient in test case design and execution. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive quality improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
