Quality Engineer | MinebeaMitsumi (Danao, Cebu)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement CAPA.
• Analyze production data and metrics (Cpk, control charts) to drive defect reduction.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline manufacturing and cut waste using continuous improvement methods.
• Maintain adherence to industry quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering.
• 1–2+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality control principles.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
