Quality Engineer- Oracle Fusion Cloud/ Oracle ERP- Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Test Lead with hands-on experience in Oracle applications (Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in testing methodologies, a solid understanding of Oracle business processes, Oracle integrations with third-party systems, and experience supporting automation and regression testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. Project/Program Management certification preferred.

· Ability to understand the scope of project and create proposal, planning, estimations.

· Define test strategy, test approach, and test plans documents

· Establish test entry/exit criteria, defect management, and sign-off processes.

Essential Skills

· Advanced Functional knowledge in Oracle ERP/Finance /HR processes/SuccessFactors. Candidate should be able to design Test Cases/Scenarios/Test data as required independently.

· Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Functional Testing (EBS or Fusion).

· Good understanding of ERP business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).

· Experience leading large testing teams in global delivery models.

· Expertise in SIT/UAT management, defect management, and reporting.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Tools & Technologies

· Test management tools: ALM / QC, Jira, Azure DevOps

· Knowledge of integration testing and test data strategies

Nice to Have

· Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud modules

· Knowledge of Agile / SAFe delivery models

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field from an accredited college/university.
