Lead Quality Engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, delivery timelines, and release readiness goals.
Define and govern test strategies, test plans, test coverage, and quality assurance approaches throughout the software development lifecycle.
Lead the execution of Functional, System, Integration, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), API, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Drive automation initiatives by establishing, maintaining, and improving scalable test automation frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Quality Engineering practices and support continuous testing within Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery models.
Ensure effective management of test environments, test data, test execution, defects, and testing deliverables.
Monitor and communicate testing progress, quality metrics, risks, issues, and release readiness indicators to stakeholders.
Review and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to ensure adequate test coverage.
Identify testing risks and recommend mitigation strategies to improve product quality and delivery outcomes.
Mentor, coach, and develop Test Engineers while promoting Quality Engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

‍

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related four-year course.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering, including leadership of testing teams in Agile and cross-functional environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, Quality Engineering principles, test strategy development, risk-based testing, test coverage analysis, and quality metrics.
Strong programming and scripting skills using modern programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, C#, or equivalent technologies.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated testing, API testing, and performance testing solutions.
Experience testing Web, Mobile, Enterprise, Cloud, SaaS, or integrated business applications.
Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and collaborative source control environments.
Experience using test management and defect management platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, data validation techniques, and AI-assisted testing tools.
