Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Collaborates with cross-functional teams (local and abroad) in the design, implementation, and improvement of quality standards in the production line.

Judges in-line deviations and fluctuations on quality standards during actual implementation, performs root-cause analysis on product defects, and reports findings to relevant stakeholders.

Generates and updates quality standard documents (inspection manuals, matrixes, and travel cards).

Qualifications

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.

With at least 2 years of related experience; experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Knowledgeable in the Quality Standard and risk assessment practices.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the technical aspects of production process.

Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills (oral and written).

With valid Driver's License.
