Quality Engineer

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role includes continuous testing activities across security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The individual supports automation efforts by developing strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring helps drive ongoing improvements throughout the testing lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to enhance productivity. - Support the development and implementation of best practices to improve testing processes. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments. - Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and integration testing. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, providing clear documentation and recommendations for resolution. - Excellent understanding of data management and environment configuration to support testing activities.
