Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of full stack solutions. You will engage in continuous testing activities, including security, application programming interface, and regression testing, while developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. Your role also includes supporting data and environment configurations, participating in code reviews, and monitoring defects to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Assist in the design and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure software reliability. - Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing procedures and outcomes. - Support continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline testing efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Playwright. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in scripting and developing automated test cases for web applications. - Familiarity with continuous integration tools and environment configuration. - Ability to analyze test results and report defects effectively. - Knowledge of security testing and API testing principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Playwright. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
