Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Metro Manila. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet strict quality standards and regulations. Daily tasks include performing quality inspections, conducting audits, executing quality assurance procedures, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role also involves maintaining detailed documentation and assisting in process improvements to uphold high-quality standards. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure consistent product excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Experience with Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Knowledge of Quality Auditing processes and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Background in manufacturing or medical device industries is a plus
• Certification or experience in ISO standards is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
