Job Description

Retrieve and verify patient information from the central database for the preparation and printing of medical certificates.
Process urgent medical certificates and attachments in response to client requests.
Coordinate the transfer of certificates to agencies such as NIS, Liberian, and other foreign entities after verifying patient data.
Verify and include lab and medical test results with certificates prior to doctor review.
Prepare and submit daily reports on patient examinations and task completion for supervisory review.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper shutdown of equipment daily.
Upload medical documents to designated client systems and websites as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations
