Company Description Snapsnax Ventures Inc. is one of the leading manufacturers of banana chips in the Philippines, located in Brgy. Northern Binugao, Toril, Davao City. The company focuses on producing high-quality banana chips, primarily targeting international markets. Team members contribute to maintaining strict quality standards and efficient production processes.

Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the production process to ensure that banana chips meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao, where the inspector conducts routine inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products, documenting findings and reporting issues to supervisors. Daily tasks include sampling products, checking for visual and physical defects, verifying compliance with quality specifications, and supporting corrective actions when non-conformities are found. The role also involves maintaining inspection records, collaborating with production teams to prevent recurring issues, and assisting in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least a senior high school diploma or any relevant bachelor's degree (Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or any related field).
• Should possess strong Communication skills to clearly document findings, report concerns, and coordinate with production and management teams.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, with the ability to follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines.
• Experience in quality control and quality standards is an advantage.

• Willing to work extended hours, shifts, or weekends if needed.
• Fast learner and has a quick adaptability.
