Job Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Chemist or a Chemical Engineer with a Chemical Technician license.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in QA or QC of a laboratory preferably in petroleum or alike, or a newly graduate with good scholastic records.
- Must be willing to be assigned in any Petron installation.
- Must have good operating skills on analytical laboratory equipment such as GC and AAS, among others.
- Familiarity with good laboratory practices (GLP) and ISO 17025 is preferred.
Job Responsibilities (Primary Function):
- Physico-chemical testing and analysis of fuels, biofuels, lubricants, greases, asphalts, LPG, and other allied materials to effect management's policy of ensuring the quality of products and materials.
- Development and validation of test methods.
- Rendering comprehensive laboratory testing services as required by its customers.
