Main Duties
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of wires and cables to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or deviations.
- Perform physical, electrical, and dimensional tests on semi-finished, and finished products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering) or any related course
- At least 12 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a wire and cable manufacturing or related industrial setting
- Familiarity with testing procedures, such as conductor resistance testing, Insulation and jacket thickness measurement, etc. is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Strong attention to detail
- Honest and objective in inspection findings

Work days: Monday - Saturday
Probationary: 5-6months
Regular: After probationary
Working hours: 12 hours for now but depends if there will be adjustment
