Requirements
- Graduates of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related courses are preferred
- GMP, HACCP, Halal, and Food Safety Management Systems expertise.
- Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing set up
- Must have at least 1 year of food testing analyses and in-line inspection

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducts various tests and analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, and end products to ensure they meet the specification
- Conducts in-line inspection of processes, storage areas, incoming materials, end products, and outgoing deliveries to ensure they are compliant with the standards related to food safety
- Prepares COA, evaluation reports, inspection reports, monitoring reports, and non- conformance reports for data records and traceability.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Review and ensure the test methods and procedures are correct and updated.
- Performs investigations and identifications of root causes of defects or quality problems
