What You'll Do:
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria to design effective test scenarios, test cases, and ensure traceability.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, and API testing across web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, risk assessment, and Agile ceremonies while maintaining test plans, execution reports, regression suites, and quality documentation.
- Validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, user experience, and defect fixes against business requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, document, prioritize, track, and perform root cause analysis on software defects, providing clear reproduction steps and recommendations for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality expectations are met.
- Provide stakeholders and QA leadership with regular updates on testing progress, risks, defects, quality metrics, and overall release readiness.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including manual and automated testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
