As a Quality Assurance Tester Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation group. You will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance by designing, coding, and testing applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading software engineering teams in developing innovative applications to drive digital transformation
- Managing quality assurance testing processes to validate software functionality and performance
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to enhance software reliability
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline application development
- Analyzing business requirements to design and develop software solutions that meet client needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
