Quality Assurance Test Lead

Job Summary:

Lead QA function across multiple banking platforms ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing strategy. The candidate must have Core Banking project testing experience into implementation/ Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test strategy across Trade, Lending, CASA, Treasury domains

Manage:

• SIT (System Integration Testing)
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Regression cycles
• Develop automated test strategies where feasible
• Coordinate defects triage and resolution
• Ensure end-to-end business scenario coverage

Core Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management
• Banking domain knowledge
• SDLC / Agile delivery experience

Deliverables

• Test strategy documents
• Test cases and execution reports
• Defect tracking dashboards

Mandatory to have:

• 10+ Years of experience is required
• Bachelors Degree is required
• Core Banking project testing experience into implementation/ Transformation Project.
