Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The QA Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining the plant's quality assurance and food-safety controls from raw-material receiving through production, finished-product release, storage and dispatch.

The position combines the principal responsibilities of:

• QA and Food Safety Lead
• Production QA Inspector
• Receiving and Inventory QA Inspector

The QA Supervisor acts independently from production and has authority to place raw materials, packaging, work in progress and finished products on hold when food-safety, quality, legal or customer requirements are not met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in food manufacturing, meat processing, or food production.
• Knowledge of documentation, quality reports, SOPs, and compliance monitoring.
