Role Description The Quality Assurance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Valenzuela. This role oversees daily quality assurance activities to ensure that operations, processes, and products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The supervisor conducts inspections and audits, monitors quality metrics, and leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions for identified issues. Responsibilities include developing and updating quality procedures, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to resolve quality concerns, and training staff on quality guidelines and best practices. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis.
