Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor agent performance, provide feedback for improvement
  • Conduct quality audits, deliver detailed reports for service excellence
  • Lead training sessions to elevate skills and maintain standards
  • Implement quality initiatives, process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies
  • Foster a positive work environment for team success

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a QA Associate or 1 year of experience in a Supervisory/Team Lead role
  • Experience with a Content Moderation platform/industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective feedback and training delivery
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality assurance tools/software
