Graduate of BS Food Technology Registered Food Technologist is an advantage
Preferably with relevant working experience in food manufacturing company

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Compliance with QA Acceptance program for all raw materials (i.e meat, spices, ingredients and packaging materials) and physico-chemical and microbiological testing of finished goods to ensure zero outbreaks on quality and food safety due to non-inspection and/or inaccurate evaluation of raw materials.
Compliance with Environmental Monitoring Program of Plants 1,23 and Toll facilities
Ensures the audit of implementation of protocols and controls for the proper handling and storage of raw materials (meat, spices, ingredients, packaging materials) at warehouses are followed.
Contributes to continual improvement efforts, including the development of inspection plans, recommendations for equipment upgrades, asset acquisition proposals, and other initiatives to refine product and process quality.
