Who Are We Looking For
- Educational Background: Preferably Aviation-related course
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in auditing and/or airport operations
- Soft & Technical Skills: Analytically inclined, excellent communication and presentation skills, knowledgeable in using Microsoft 365 applications, audit and investigation skills
- Personal Attributes: Team player but able to work unsupervised, excellent time management handling, trainable
What's The Role All About
- Compiles objective evidence through continuous audit and surveillance of the different facets of PAL express maintenance, engineering and operations disciplines to determine whether business is being conducted in accordance with established company policies, procedures, Aviation Authority requirements and best industry practices. (e.g. IOSA, IFQP, DAQCP, etc.)
For maintenance and engineering discipline:
- To assist in the conduct of audits on the maintenance provider doing maintenance and inspection of PAL express aircraft, engines, components and appliances.
- To assist in the conduct of audits on PAL express offices involved in the maintenance, engineering and other operational disciplines (including training).
For operations discipline:
- To assist in the conduct of audits on the PAL express operation disciplines (Cabin Services, Flight Operations, Cargo Services/Operations, Airport Services/Ground Handling, Passenger Services and Security Operations).
For both maintenance/engineering and operations disciplines:
- To comply with applicable regulations and standards of PAL express; actively involves with Safety Management System by reporting all accidents, incidents and any hazard in the workplace; and being safety conscious by exercising duty of care in the performance of duties.
- To adhere to the Quality Standards of PAL express as stated in the applicable operations manual, to be responsible for the quality of his work and to strive for continuous quality improvement.
