Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems for supplier quality development and validation of in-process products and processes. Plans and directs the workflow of the group on a daily basis. Investigates quality problems and recommend correction, corrective or preventive solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Agricultural Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or other related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they hold a valid professional license relevant to their degree
- Proficient in computer applications and comfortable working in a laboratory setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required
- Willing to work on-site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
