Principal Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Conducts physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and calibration of equipment.
• Monitors quality compliance of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Prepares quality reports and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
• Supports internal and external audits related to quality and food safety.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Familiar with physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration.
