As we scale, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who can help us strengthen operational excellence and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What you'll be doing:
Lead call audits and quality evaluations across collection campaigns
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and client standards
Analyze QA trends and identify performance gaps
Partner with Operations and Training to improve agent performance
Contribute to calibration sessions and quality frameworks
Help shape and elevate QA standards across the organization
We're looking for someone who:
Has solid QA experience in BPO/collections environments
Understands compliance frameworks and call auditing methodologies
Is analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Can communicate insights clearly and influence performance improvements
